Directions

From junction 20 of the M62, follow the A627M towards Rochdale. Bear left at the junction of Sandbrook Park and follow the dual carriage way to the large junction.

Go straight across onto Roch Valley Way (B6452) and follow to the end. Go straight across onto Sandy Lane and go past Rochdale Football Club.

At the traffic lights go straight across onto Ings lane and follow to the end. At the junction turn left onto Caldershaw Centre (Fitness for Life will be on your left) then proceed over two speed bumps, bear left and we are the third building on the left.
